How does it work?
For patients who have a minimal amount of weight to lose (up to 15 pounds), there is a 21 day program. For patients who need a more aggressive weight loss program, there is a 40 day program done in 3 phases. Each phase consists of a 500 calorie per day diet, HCG drops, and the detox protocol. Every two weeks, when you come in to be weighed by one of our staff members, you will have a Befe Detox Foot Bath and 20 minutes of laser therapy. You will continue on with your Zyto chosen drops which includes Meridian Drops, Detox Drops, Constitutional, etc.
Phase 1 is a 21 or 40 day program, depending on the amount of weight you need to lose, with HCG being taken daily and a low calorie diet is strictly followed. You will begin our detox program which consists of our detox drops and BeFe Foot Baths along with Laser Therapy each week. Prescribed supplements are recommended to assist with additional weight loss, fatigue, etc. For people who have additional weight to lose, after the 40 days you will have a six week hiatus in which you will go on a Maintenance Program before beginning Phases 2 and 3. During the maintenance program, you will do the Food Detox Protocol, Equol, and bi-weekly BeFe Foot Baths and Laser treatments.
During this time, some of the functions of the hypothalamus are to organize and control hunger, appetite and food intake, and to regulate weight and fat storage. This will “re-program” your body so when you have completed your weight loss program, you will not crave the foods that are un-healthy and un-necessary in our everyday eating habits.
What do I need to do to get started?
The initial one hour consultation includes a discussion on the Basic Premises of Simeons, expectations, plateaus, and the goal weight you wish to achieve, etc. A physical exam including vital signs, blood workup, your present weight, the goal weight you wish to achieve, measurements and photographs. We also require laboratory blood work for every patient in our program.
Each 40 day phase will achieve 15-30 lbs of weight loss. Patients needing to lose 25 lbs or less see a lower weight loss in their phases compared to patients looking to achieve a weight loss of 60 lbs or more. Patients will be seen in two week increments in our office to weigh in and discuss progress. Our highly trained staff will monitor your weight loss progress and answer any questions that you may have at any time during the program.
